Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take some time to process and complete the refund.
